My technical experience includes:
 • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) “Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional”
 • Custom building of Personal Computers.
 • On-Site and In-Shop diagnosis and repair of Personal Computers.  • Providing one-on-one, on-site instruction on a wide variety of software form Windows 95/98/2000 to Macromedia Flash®.
 • Providing On-Air technical training with Colorado Springs only on-air help desk “Radio Computer Training”.
 • I am a member of the Microsoft OEM System Builder Program.

 My Web and Graphics Design experience includes:
 • Knowledge of HTML, Dynamic HTML, ASP, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets.
 • I am experienced with web design programs (MS FrontPage, Adobe GoLive® CS2, Macromedia Dreamweaver® 8, Macromedia Flash® 8 and Allaire HomeSite).
 • My experience with graphic design programs include (Adobe Illustrator® CS2, Adobe PhotoShop® CS2, Macromedia Flash® 8, Macromedia Fireworks® 8, CorelDRAW® 12, MS PhotoDraw, 3ds Max® 7, and LightWave 3D® 7.5).
 • My Desktop Publishing software experience includes (Adobe InDesign® CS2, Adobe Acrobat® 7, Adobe PageMaker® 7, MS Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint)
 • and I have quite a bit of experience with MS Office 97/2000 Suite (Access, Excel, FrontPage, PhotoDraw, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio and Word).
